Effect of parecoxib sodium on IL-6 and angiotensin II of knee surgery patients was studied. 38 Knee surgery patients were divided into two groups, treatment group with parecoxib sodium, control group with NS. IL-6 and A-II were detected at before anesthesia T0, 0.5 h after begin T1, 1.5 h T2, ending T3. IL-6 nd A-II of T1-T3 were higher than T0, which of treatment group were lower than control group. Parecoxib sodium improved inflammation of knee surgery.
