Sun, Li-ping published the artcileApplication of advanced analgesia in early rehabilitation after knee replacement, Application of Sodium ((4-(5-methyl-3-phenylisoxazol-4-yl)phenyl)sulfonyl)(propionyl)amide, the publication is Zhongguo Jiaoxing Waike Zazhi (2016), 24(21), 2004-2006, database is CAplus.
[Objective]: The article observed the clin. efficacy of advanced anti-inflammatory analgesia in early functional rehabilitation after knee replacement. [Methods]: The article randomly divided 60 patients with unilateral knee arthroplasty who were admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to Jan. 2015 into two groups, 30 in each group, and celecoxib in the advanced analgesia group combined with parecoxib sodium for advanced analgesia, the analgesia pump group used postoperative i.v. analgesia pump. The article recorded the VAS scores of patients at rest at 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72 h postoperatively, the knee joint mobility, and the number of adverse reactions at 1, 2, 3, 7, and 14 days after surgery for statistical anal. [Result]: The postoperative analgesia effect of the advanced analgesia group was significantly better than that of the analgesia pump group (P < 0.05), the range of knee movement was significantly greater than that of the analgesia pump group (P < 0.05), and the number of adverse reactions was significantly less In the analgesic pump group (P < 0.05). [Conclusion]: Advanced anti-inflammatory analgesia could obviously eliminate the pain after knee replacement, and early rehabilitation of knee function could be performed.
