Objective: To investigate the parecoxib sodium intervention on analgesic effect in patients with lung cancer after radical operation. Methods In 52 cases of lung cancer after radical mastectomy were randomly divided into two groups, 26 cases in each. Observation group, after induction of anesthesia, was given parecoxib sodium analgesic treatment. Control group, after induction of anesthesia, was not given parecoxib sodium. Results After operation 6, 12, 18, 24, 48 h, VAS score of the observation group were lower than the control group, significant difference (P<0.05). After the operation, TNF-alpha, IL-8, IL-6 level, the observation group were lower than those in the control group, significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Parecoxib sodium can effectively control pain occurrence degree in lung cancer after radical operation, good analgesic effect.
