Reference of 33282-15-4, Chemistry is the science of change. But why do chemical reactions take place? Why do chemicals react with each other? The answer is in thermodynamics and kinetics. In a document type is Article, and a compound is mentioned, 33282-15-4, 5-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)isoxazole-3-carboxylic acid, introducing its new discovery.
Synthesis of 2-oxindoles via ‘transition-metal-free’ intramolecular dehydrogenative coupling (IDC) of sp2 C-H and sp3 C-H bonds
The synthesis of a variety of 2-oxindoles bearing an all-carbon quaternary center at the pseudo benzylic position has been achieved via a ‘transition-metal-free’ intramolecular dehydrogenative coupling (IDC). The construction of 2-oxindole moieties was carried out through formation of carbon-carbon bonds using KOt-Bu-catalyzed one pot C-alkylation of beta-N-arylamido esters with alkyl halides followed by a dehydrogenative coupling. Experimental evidences indicated toward a radical-mediated path for this reaction.
Balanced chemical reaction does not necessarily reveal either the individual elementary reactions by which a reaction occurs or its rate law.Reference of 33282-15-4. In my other articles, you can also check out more blogs about 33282-15-4
