The objective was to observe the analgesic effect of parecoxib sodium in hepatic carcinoma radiofrequency ablation surgery via premedication. The method includes enrolling 40 patients will receive hepatic carcinoma radiofrequency ablation surgery, randomly dividing them into parecoxib sodium group and control group, i.v. injection of parecoxib sodium 1 mg/kg to the patients in parecoxib sodium group 30 min before anesthesia induction, i.v. injection of physiol. saline to the control group, observing blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation degree and breathing rate before anesthesia induction, at the point of puncture needle into skin, at the point of puncture needle into capsula fibrosa and at the end of the surgery, and recording to the VAS and untoward effect. The results show that parecoxib sodium used before hepatic carcinoma radiofrequency ablation surgery can alleviating the postoperative pain.
