Awesome Chemistry Experiments For 288-14-2

Balanced chemical reaction does not necessarily reveal either the individual elementary reactions by which a reaction occurs or its rate law.Reference of 288-14-2. In my other articles, you can also check out more blogs about 288-14-2

Reference of 288-14-2, Chemistry is the science of change. But why do chemical reactions take place? Why do chemicals react with each other? The answer is in thermodynamics and kinetics. In a document type is Article, and a compound is mentioned, 288-14-2, Isoxazole, introducing its new discovery.

A simple, general and straightforward synthesis of novel spiro[oxindoline-3, 4?-isoxazolo[5, 4-b]pyrazolo[4, 3-e]pyridines] by one-pot three-component reaction of isatins, 5-aminopyrazoles and 5-aminoisoxazoles in water using p-toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate (p-TSA.H2O) as the catalyst is described. The notable advantages of the protocol are good to excellent yields, short reaction time, simple purification process involving no chromatographic technique, use of water as the solvent system, application of p-TSA.H2O as cost-effective catalyst, mild reaction conditions and operational simplicity that make the protocol highly attractive.
