Objective: To discuss curative effect and security of parecoxib sodium applied on laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods: 68 Cases of patients undergoing LC were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in two groups were given LC by general anesthesia tracheal intubation, which were given remifentanil after the operation. The patients in observation group were given parecoxib sodium 40 mg iv before anesthesia induction, as well as 0.9% sodium chloride injection (NS) 2 mL iv upon the completion of operation, while the patients in control group were given 2 mL NS iv before anesthesia induction, as well as parecoxib sodium 40 mg upon the completion of operation. The visual analog scales (VAS) of patients in two groups were observed at the following time points: 1 h (T1), 2 h (T2), 8 h (T3), 12 h (T4) and 24 h (T5) after the operation. The PCIA and adverse drug reactions in two groups were observed Results: The VAS of patients in observation group at T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 were better than those in control group (P < 0.05). The PCIA press times and effective press times of patients in observation group within 24 h after the operation were much less than those in control group (P < 0.05). There were no statistically significant difference between the occurrence rates of adverse drug reactions of patients in the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The application of parecoxib sodium preemptive analgesia before the anesthesia induction can receive favorable VAS effect, which can reduce the use frequency of postoperative analgesia pump, and is safe and effective.
