Recommanded Product: 3235-67-4. The protonation of heteroatoms in aromatic heterocycles can be divided into two categories: lone pairs of electrons are in the aromatic ring conjugated system; and lone pairs of electrons do not participate. Compound: 1-Piperidineacetic Acid, is researched, Molecular C7H13NO2, CAS is 3235-67-4, about Difference spectra of P-450 in rat liver microsomes induced by piperidine N-derivatives and the spectral dissociation constant of each derivative. Author is Kimura, Katsuhiko; Nagaoka, Masao; Ohgiya, Shozaburo.
Piperidinoacetic acid [3235-67-4], N-cinnamylpiperidine [70552-70-4] and 3-piperidino-1-phenyl-1-propanone [73-63-2] caused type I spectral changes of cytochrome P-450 [9035-51-2] in reaction with the rat liver microsomes, whereas N-methylpiperidine (I) [626-67-5] caused type II spectral change. 2-Piperidinoethanol [3040-44-6] caused a modified type II spectral change. The apparent dissociation constants calculated from spectral changes for varying concentrations of the above compounds were in close correlation with the rates of N-C cleavage of those compounds by the microsomes.
