Through repeat examinations, the optimal reaction conditions is mass fraction of phosphotungstic acid 30%, mass of catalyst 3.3%; n(2-chloropyridine):n(H2O2)=1:6.0; reaction temperature 80°C and reaction time 30 h. The optimal yield is 89.8%.
