Then the final zinc pyridine-2-thiol-N-oxide was obtained starting from 2-chloropyridine-N-oxide via the reactions such as thiolation, preparing sodium salt, reacting with zinc sulfate and so on. And the structure of product was characterized by H NMR and MS. Finally, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained through series experiments
