Synthetic Route of 33282-15-4, Chemistry is the science of change. But why do chemical reactions take place? Why do chemicals react with each other? The answer is in thermodynamics and kinetics. In a document type is Article, and a compound is mentioned, 33282-15-4, 5-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)isoxazole-3-carboxylic acid, introducing its new discovery.
Various 4-(diphenylphosphanyl)-1-(dialkylamino)butane ligands were prepared from commercial (2S,3S)-2,3-O-isopropylidene-d-threitol. These ligands, associated with Pd2(dba)3, gave enantioselectivities of up to 75% in the alkylation of racemic 1,3-diphenylprop-2-enyl acetate with dimethyl malonate anion. A theoretical study shows the important role played by two factors in the alkylation reaction: steric control, leading to the formation of a unique diastereoisomer of the pi-allylpalladium complex, and orbital control, which orients the attack of the nucleophile trans to the phosphorus atom.
Balanced chemical reaction does not necessarily reveal either the individual elementary reactions by which a reaction occurs or its rate law.Synthetic Route of 33282-15-4. In my other articles, you can also check out more blogs about 33282-15-4
