One of the oldest and most widely used commercial enzyme inhibitors is aspirin, name: 5-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)isoxazole-3-carboxylic acid, which selectively inhibits one of the enzymes involved in the synthesis of molecules that trigger inflammation. you can also check out more blogs about 33282-15-4

One of the major reasons for studying chemical kinetics is to use measurements of the macroscopic properties of a system, name: 5-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)isoxazole-3-carboxylic acid, such as the rate of change in the concentration of reactants or products with time.In a article, mentioned the application of 33282-15-4, Name is 5-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)isoxazole-3-carboxylic acid, molecular formula is C10H7NO4

An efficient method for the aerobic radical-cascade alkylation/cyclization of alpha,beta-unsaturated amides to afford functionalized oxindoles with a C3 quaternary stereocenter is described. The process is based on the generation of valuable alkyl radicals through sustainable aerobic C?H activation of aldehydes followed by decarbonylation using O2as the sole oxidant. This method features a broad substrate scope, inexpensive alkyl radical precursors, and convenient reagents. Finally, the method was successfully applied to the synthesis of alkyl analogues of tetrahydrofuranoindoline and (¡À)-esermethole.
