Extracurricular laboratory: Discover of 30165-96-9

Balanced chemical reaction does not necessarily reveal either the individual elementary reactions by which a reaction occurs or its rate law. In my other articles, you can also check out more blogs about 30165-96-9. Formula: C6H8ClN3OS.

Enzymes are biological catalysts that produce large increases in reaction rates and tend to be specific for certain reactants and products, Formula: C6H8ClN3OS, 30165-96-9, Name is 3-Chloro-4-morpholino-1,2,5-thiadiazole, molecular formula is C6H8ClN3OS, belongs to Isoxazoles compound. In a document, author is Bhirud, Jayashri D., introduce the new discover.

An Expeditious and Facile Synthesis of Isoxazole Derivatives in Deep Eutectic Solvent

A convenient synthesis of (3-(3-phenyl-1-(substituted phenyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)isoxazol-5-yl) methanol from pyrazole aldehyde oxime using choline chloride:glycerol (1:2) as a deep eutectic solvent has been accomplished successfully. This protocol afforded corresponding isoxazole in good to moderate yield, avoiding the use of toxic catalyst and volatile solvents. The synthesized compounds were structurally characterized on the basis of infrared, H-1-nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), C-13-NMR, and mass analyses. The final compounds were tested for antimicrobial activities using the agar well diffusion method and the compounds containing methyl, methoxy, and nitro substituents were found to be more active.
