Compound 4 (11.51 g, 0.022 mol),Isoxazol-4-ylamine (11.85g, 0.022mol) and p-toluenesulfonic acid(~0.40g) of the suspension was placed in a mechanical stirrer,In a round bottom flask with an oil bath and a Dean-Stark condenser,The reaction mixture is heated to reflux (internal temperature 150-155 C,Oil bath temperature 170-180 C) 15-18 hours,The reaction was monitored by TLC at the same time.
