Objective: To observe the effect of celecoxib combined with parecoxib sodium for preemptive analgesia in the treatment of early pain after lumbar fusion surgery. Methods: Between Nov. 2015 and June 2016, 105 patients who were planned to undergo posterior lumbar fusion were excluded from the history of peptic ulcer and coronary heart disease (35 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis, 50 cases of lumbar disk herniation, 20 cases of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis) were randomly divided into 3 groups with 35 persons in each group. Group A was given postoperative celecoxib + patient controlled analgesia (patient controlled analgesia, PCA) group, group B was postoperative parecoxib sodium + PCA pump group, and group C was celecoxib combined with parecoxib sodium + PCA pump for perioperative preemptive analgesia. There were no significant differences in disease distribution, gender, age, or weight among the three groups (P > 0.05). All patients underwent general anesthesia for tracheal intubation, posterior laminar decompression, intervertebral bone graft fusion, and pedicle screw internal fixation. The three groups of patients were given the corresponding medication regimen according to the grouping situation, and was administered with fentanyl for PCA after the operation. The observation indicators were the visual analog score, the dosage of analgesic pump drugs, and the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, and constipation. Results: The postoperative analgesic effect of group C is better than that of group A and group B. The dosage of fentanyl in group C was less than that in group A and group B. The incidence of adverse reactions in group C was significantly lower than that in group A. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in group B and C. Conclusion: The preemptive analgesia of celecoxib combined with parecoxib sodium for early postoperative pain after lumbar posterior fusion surgery is better, and the analgesic effect is better than that of celecoxib or parecoxib sodium alone. It can reduce the amount of opioids, while reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.

A total of 58 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected and divided into a study group and a control group with 29 cases each. The study group received parecoxib sodium injection 20 min before surgery, and the control group received normal saline injection 20 min before surgery. The postoperative analgesic response of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The average arterial pressure and heart rate levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 5, 10, 15 and 30 min after extubation, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The VAS score and restlessness score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). In contrast, the Ram-say sedation score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The preoperative application of parecoxib sodium for analgesia has a pos. impact on the postoperative recovery effect of remifentanil fast-track anesthesia patients, can relieve the patients′ pain and other stress responses, and ensure the safety of patients′ anesthesia, which is worthy of promotion.

Objective: To observe the effect of parecoxib sodium on the analgesic effect of dezocine after cesarean section and its adverse reactions. Methods: 80 patients with ASA I-II grades combined spinal-epidural anesthesia who underwent voluntary postoperative analgesia after cesarean section were divided into parecoxib sodium group (P group) and control group (C group) according to the random number table, 40 cases in each. After the fetus was delivered, group P received i.v. injection of parecoxib sodium 40 mg, and group C received i.v. injection of the same amount of normal saline. After the operation, self-controlled i.v. analgesia with dezocine was used, and the analgesic solution was dezocine 0.5 mg /kg + normal saline to 100 mL. Adopt LCP mode of administration was used: loading dose (dezocine 5 mg) + maintenance dose 2.0 mL/h + single PCA dose 1 mL, lock-in time 15 min. The visual analog (VAS) pain scores at 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24 h after the operation of the parturient were recorded. The degree of uterine contraction pain within 24 h after the operation was recorded, and the satisfaction of the parturient鈥瞫 analgesia and overall adverse reaction rate were compared. Results: The VAS scores of the incision at 8 and 12 h in the P group were significantly lower than those in the C group (P < 0.05). The degree of postoperative uterine contraction pain in group P was significantly lower than that in group C (P < 0.05). The overall satisfaction of analgesia in group P was significantly higher than that in group C (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of overall adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Parecoxib sodium can enhance the effect of dezocine for i.v. patient-controlled analgesia after cesarean section, reduce the degree of uterine contraction pain, and improve women鈥瞫 satisfaction without increasing adverse reactions.

Adverse reaction including skin itching, nausea, vomiting, adverse cardiovascular events and local anesthetics poisoning were observed Results: The VAS score within 24 h of group A was higher than other three groups (P<0.05). Methods: 60 patients, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) phys. status I or II, aged 20 to 60 years, who were scheduled to undergo elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia, were allocated randomly into one of two groups to receive parecoxib sodium 40 mg i.v. (group P, n = 30) or the same volume of saline (group S, n = 30) 30 min before administration of etomidate (0.3 mg/kg). Myoclonus was assessed on a scale of 0 – 3. Postoperative side effects were recorded. Results: The two groups were comparable with regard to baseline characteristics. The incidence of myoclonus was significantly lower in the parecoxib sodium group (11/30; 37%) than in the saline group (21/30; 70%) (p < 0.05). The severity of myoclonic movements was also significantly reduced by parecoxib sodium (p < 0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups with respect to postoperative side effects. Conclusions: Pretreatment with i.v. injection of parecoxib sodium 40 mg significantly reduced the incidence and severity of etomidate- induced myoclonus without significant side effects.
