Alternatively, tuning the Pd catalyst switched the reactivity toward an unprecedented [4+3] cycloaddition/cross-coupling. Ligands play a vital role in controlling the reaction pathway, allowing highly selective access to different products from identical substrates. Biol. evaluation of the obtained compounds led to the discovery of new antitumor targets. A possible mechanism is proposed, suggesting two interesting catalytic cycles for the cycloaddition with palladium-butadienyls. This study also demonstrated the potential and utility of allenic esters as 1,4-biselectrophiles and C4 synthons for participating in cycloaddition reactions.

Therefore. this paper is mainly based on the observation of patients after resting VAS score. adverse reaction time and movement. to evaluate the analgesic effect of different drug dose of flurbiprofen and parecoxib sodium. which provides reference for clin. medication. The results show that the i.v. injection of parecoxib could provide effective analgesic effect in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Also. compared with flurbiprofen. parccoxib shows a more significant analgesic effect.

Objective: To observe the effect of parecoxib sodium on the analgesic effect of dezocine after cesarean section and its adverse reactions. Methods: 80 patients with ASA I-II grades combined spinal-epidural anesthesia who underwent voluntary postoperative analgesia after cesarean section were divided into parecoxib sodium group (P group) and control group (C group) according to the random number table, 40 cases in each. After the fetus was delivered, group P received i.v. injection of parecoxib sodium 40 mg, and group C received i.v. injection of the same amount of normal saline. After the operation, self-controlled i.v. analgesia with dezocine was used, and the analgesic solution was dezocine 0.5 mg /kg + normal saline to 100 mL. Adopt LCP mode of administration was used: loading dose (dezocine 5 mg) + maintenance dose 2.0 mL/h + single PCA dose 1 mL, lock-in time 15 min. The visual analog (VAS) pain scores at 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24 h after the operation of the parturient were recorded. The degree of uterine contraction pain within 24 h after the operation was recorded, and the satisfaction of the parturient鈥瞫 analgesia and overall adverse reaction rate were compared. Results: The VAS scores of the incision at 8 and 12 h in the P group were significantly lower than those in the C group (P < 0.05). The degree of postoperative uterine contraction pain in group P was significantly lower than that in group C (P < 0.05). The overall satisfaction of analgesia in group P was significantly higher than that in group C (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of overall adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Parecoxib sodium can enhance the effect of dezocine for i.v. patient-controlled analgesia after cesarean section, reduce the degree of uterine contraction pain, and improve women鈥瞫 satisfaction without increasing adverse reactions.

The [3+2] cycloaddition between various nitriles and sodium azide proceeded smoothly in the presence of a new CuII catalyst in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) to give the corresponding 5-substituted 1H-tetrazoles. The desired tetrazoles were obtained in high yields within 3-30 min by employing controlled microwave heating. The reaction most probably proceeded through the activation of the nitrile groups by the CuII species, followed by a successive [3+2] cycloaddition with the sodium azide. The good performance of the catalyst enabled the preparation of selected tetrazoles labeled with the positron emitter nitrogen-13 even under conventional heating. The short reaction time, simple work-up procedure, and recyclability of the catalyst were advantages of the method reported here.
