Wang, Guo-qiang published the artcileEffect of parecoxib sodium on secondary damage stimulation of patients with clavicular fracture, Related Products of isoxazole, the publication is Chongqing Yixue (2014), 43(23), 3076-3078, database is CAplus.
The aim of this paper is to investigate effect of parecoxib sodium on secondary damage stimulation of patients with clavicular fracture. Sixty patients with age 18-45 years were divided into parecoxib sodium group receiving parecoxib sodium before surgery and control group. MAP, HR, VAS and Cor at different time points were recorded, IL-6 concentration at different time points were detected and untoward effects were observed Compared with group C, MAP, HR, VAS and Cor in parecoxib sodium group decreased significantly (P<0.05) at time points T1-T6, and IL-6 concentration decreased at time points T4-T6, (P<0.05). The untoward effect rate and administration times were lower than control group (P<0.05). During surgery for clavicular fracture, parecoxib sodium can relieve pain, and inhibit body stress and inflammation reaction. Parecoxib sodium can inhibit pain sensitization induced by secondary damage stimulation (surgery).
