Hole transport materials (HTMs) play a pivotal role in the hole extraction and transportation processes in perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Although a great number of HTMs based on various planar conjugated cores have been explored, the development of branches is rather limited. In this work, branches of 9-phenyl-9H-carbazole derivatives have been incorporated in different N-alkylated dithieno[3,2-b:2�3�d]pyrrol (DTP) core to construct HTMs (TM-9 to TM-14). Among them, TM-13 with 9-(4-methoxyphenyl)-9H-carbazole branch exhibites excellent performance in hole extraction and transportation ability. Consequently, the PSCs based on TM-13 have achieved the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 20.44%, which is comparable to the PCE of 20.62% with the widely used Spiro-OMeTAD HTM. More importantly, the synthetic cost of TM-13 (62 dollar/g) is much lower than that of Spiro-OMeTAD (400 dollar/g), suggesting its promising commercialization for low-cost and efficient HTMs for PSCs.

Objective To investigate the effects of preoperative use of parecoxib Na during anesthesia recovery period on the fast track anesthesia with remifentanil. Methods A total of 105 cases who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into three groups with 35 cases in each group. Patients in group A received parecoxib Na 40 mg dissolved in normal saline 10 mL through injection 20 min before induction of anesthesia. Patients in group B received parecoxib Na 40 mg dissolved in normal saline10 mL through injection 20 min before the end of surgery. Patients in group C received normal saline 10 mL through injection 20 min before induction of anesthesia. The data of mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and oxygen saturation (SPO2), verbal rating scale (VRS), sedation-agitation scale (SAS), Ramsay sedation scale (RSS) and comfort score (BCS) were compared among three groups. Results The data of MAP, SAS and HR in group A and group B were significantly lower than those in group C, and the data of MAP, SAS and HR in group A were significantly lower than those in group B (P<0.05). The data of RSS in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and RSS in group A and group B significantly higher than those in group C from T2 to T4 (P<0.05). The data of VRS in group A and group B were significantly lower than those in group C, and that in group A was significantly lower than group B each time point (P<0.05). Postoperative BCS in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group C, and that in group A was significantly higher than group B (P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative use of parecoxib Na could significantly reduce the acute pain of the fast track anesthesia with remifentanil, effectively inhibiting hyperalgesia and reducing the patient’s agitation.

FCP-BP-PTZ′s performance was hampered by erratic relaxation aggregation. The maximal external quantum efficiency (EQEmax) of non-doped and doped organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) constructed on FCP-BP-PXZ was 11.2% and 18.2%, resp. Furthermore, at a brightness of 1000 cd m-2, non-doped and doped devices had a low turn-on voltage of 3.0-3.5 V, with 2.0% and 3.3% efficiency roll-off, owing to the microsecond-scale delayed lifetime. The FCP-BP-PXZ-based non-doped device, in particular, achieved a brightness of 62,390 cd m-2, which was crucial in non-doped yellow OLEDs.

The article recorded the VAS scores of patients at rest at 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72 h postoperatively, the knee joint mobility, and the number of adverse reactions at 1, 2, 3, 7, and 14 days after surgery for statistical anal. [Result]: The postoperative analgesia effect of the advanced analgesia group was significantly better than that of the analgesia pump group (P < 0.05), the range of knee movement was significantly greater than that of the analgesia pump group (P < 0.05), and the number of adverse reactions was significantly less In the analgesic pump group (P < 0.05). [Conclusion]: Advanced anti-inflammatory analgesia could obviously eliminate the pain after knee replacement, and early rehabilitation of knee function could be performed.

Results The escape latency was (39.98±8.93) s in Pare group vs (47.15±10.87) s in Sur group (P<0.05); and the space exploration was (24.17±8.52) s vs (20.96±9.58) s (P<0.05). IL-6 expression was (72.86±6.82) in Pare group vs (79.26±4.19) ng·L-1 in Sur group, IL-1β expression was (350.73±28.04) vs (423.35±26.81) ng·L-1 (P<0.05). The horizontal and vertical scores were significantly higher in Pare group than those in the Sur group (P<0.05). The sucrose consumption and sucrose preference were higher and the water consumption was lower in Pare group than those in the Sur group (P<0.05). Conclusion Parecoxib sodium may improve postoperative cognition of elderly rats with depression, which being associated with decrease of IL-6 and IL-1β expression in hippocampus.

Fe(II)-catalyzed isomerization of 4-acyl-5-methoxyisoxazoles under milder conditions (MeCN, 50°) allows the preparation of transient 2-acyl-2-(methoxycarbonyl)-2H-azirines. The azirines isomerize quant. either into isoxazoles under catalytic conditions (dioxane, 105°) or into oxazoles under noncatalytic thermolysis (o-dichlorobenzene, 170°).
